Preparing test results for processing

To ensure the accuracy, the results must be processed correctly.

Supported documents and formats

  1. Ornament can recognize the following file formats: .jpg, (.jpeg), .png, and .pdf. A file size must not exceed 30 MB.
  2. Ornament cannot process handwritten text. All information must be typed.
  3. Ornament supports various languages. The recognition accuracy depends on the language of the document. The accuracy rate is higher when the names of biomarkers or examinations are duplicated in the Latin letters.

📘

Each file group must comply with one of the following templates:

  • A set of images in any supported format (JPEG, PNG);
  • A single PDF file;
  • PDF + XML (1:1);
  • PDF + JSON (1:1).

If even one of the uploaded file groups is invalid, the entire file set will be rejected!

Mandatory requirements:

  1. Supply the Lab test results in table format.
  2. Each biomarker must be written from the new line.
  3. The biomarker must have only one value with measurement units. A reference interval can also be specified.
  4. The biomarkers must be unique across the lab result, they can appear only once.

Ornament will process your analysis quicker if:

  1. The document was photographed or scanned straight without any tilting.
  2. The document is in focus and evenly lit.
  3. No other objects are in the frame.
  4. There is one sheet of paper per photo.

Check the processing results

To ensure accuracy, we double-check all results. As such, result uploading is not instantaneous.
While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may still arise even with our additional checks in place. To ensure precision, we advise cross-referencing the digitized results with your original document. This process allows you to swiftly rectify any inconsistencies manually.
